> 3 dayI am extremely satisfied with this cage. It is for a small to medium size bird. I have a pionus and she is not a real active girl so this is perfect for the amount of time she is in it. It is nice as a traveling, sleeping cage or for some outside patio time as she is not harnessed trained. In a crunch, she could live in here for a few days providing I give her enough out of cage time to stretch her wings and play. It is super easy to put together and takes about 1 minute to set up. I have 2 others like this but a different brand. This one is about $10 more than my others but its worth the extra money. It seems the wire is heavier which makes it more sturdy. The bowls are of nicer quality with small safety hooks that help hold them in place. The bottom tray is deeper and heavier plastic with a latch that prevents it from sliding out. It includes a perch but I use only natural or rope perches. It is at a great price point for the quality. Dont look any further. I am pretty particular and would highly recommend this travel cage.

> 3 dayThe cage is nicely built and easy to set up. My Senegal Parrot loves to be outside with me and this cage is a perfect size to tote her around.

Greater than one weekThis is a perfect cage for my greencheek when we go out on the patio for some fresh air and relaxation. Itll also be great for vet trips because its a long drive from where I live. The best part is that he likes it so I dont get eaten alive like I do when I put him in his smaller travel carrier. He happily goes right in! I think it would work well as a sleeping cage, but my little guy sleeps in his regular cage. Im docking one star because the door doesnt stay latched, and even when it does (which is never) theres a large gap. I dont leave him alone when hes in it because itd be too easy for him to get out when were outside or in the car. I made an additional latch from wire, but the gap is still there. And please note that this cage probably isnt safe for any bird smaller than a Greencheek. I think budgies and similar sized birds could get out through the bars, or worse yet, get their head through the bars, and then get stuck. The cage is easy to put together after a small struggle unpacking it, and will be easy to collapse and store away when summers over. Overall, I recommend the cage for travel or getting fresh air, but only for birds who are at least as big as a Greencheek, and only when someone is with him.

> 3 daySo the idea was to purchase a mobile cage so that I could haul my Conure around and position him in my daily life - where otherwise I would have left him behind. This cage is the perfect take your bird on the road solution.... I was looking for: HUSKY - for ongoing transport I needed something that can hold its form. There are some good built tough cages out there but they are all $80 to $120. - This cage was under $40. (Also the supper beefy cages make your bird look like your carrying a lab animal (especially the clear one). I dont want a cage that looks like I am transporting a quarantined animal. This cage is strong enough for rugged traveling - but sleek enough that you dont look like Vet tech. BEING IN PUBLIC - another factor in transport - means carrying a bird through public places. The only thing worse than being on an elevator with a potentially contagious bird is riding with a creepy bird person. Sorry a fish bowl - plastic aquarium - bird backpack is a little bird person creepy. I am just a man with his bird trying to get from the parking garage to my office... I want everyone on the elevator to be at ease with my bird and my personality. This cage is beyond perfect. Its really strong for a wire cage - you could transport a puppy in it - its the perfect transport size - and it looks like normal cage (and its under $40). Very good build and product - probably the bet quality cage I own. Careful details and thought in the design. They even provided 1 extra bolt and wingnut (very classy). When I put it together - and saw it in real life - I was pleasantly surprised - Its a travel cage but - but its not bad for a mobile cage - its like an RV Camper for a bird - with a small home feel. I will be adding a mod thought - the handle is made out of the same gauge wire as the cage - the cage is so beefy (heavy) that I will add a bigger handle on top.
