Only used the internal parts to replace my old broken parts. Very simple to install if you know how to take apart the old valve.

Good product, works as intended.

Not being a plumbing expert, I was confused about the terms with stops and less stops on some plumbing shower valves. After finding out that the stops allow you front access for future maintenance like cartridge replacement, we chose the one with stops. Very happy with it thus far.

This product did not fit the fixtures it claimed in the listing and would not allow me to return it. Very disappointed with customer service in this situation.

Good valve

They changed internal part & would not fit my 2 yr old housing. Throwed in trash

I have one of these in my bathroom, had to purchase one more for spare

Wish the factory settings on mix was a bit better after shower was done tried new fixtures all cold next to no hot water. Had to take apart and adjust.
