Fits very snugly up to 27. If you stuff your luggage it wont fit. Will not fit 28, 29 or 39. No cut out for side handle but there is a zipper opening so you can use that to slide your hand in to grab the handle.

better than I had hoped. More expensive than others but I bought it for the Samsonite reputation. The velcro closure seems quite heavy duty; would have preferred a zipper but we shall see what we shall see. (WAY too much packaging for such a small product.)

Love these covers for our luggage. Complete coverage.

This was purchased at the same time as another brand. It was disappointing in its weight/thickness and fir. Unfortunately, it was not as good a fit as hoped for for my Samsonite suitcase. It also lacked some features that other similar brands have that secure the cover to the luggage.

The Product description for a SIZE M protective cover says the product dimension is 26 x 19.
