I absolutely loved the rose gold. I have received compliments on it. I think the mini cocktail book was a great idea. The product displays nicely in any bar. I mainly use the boston shaker, strainer and jigger. The attachments for the bottles worked but I didn’t feel they were tight enough and would do a spill check before pouring. Needless to say I do reach for a different product for that. Everything else works as intended. The wooden casing to hold the products was definitely a nice touch. The rose gold is the only color that shouldn’t be washed in the dishwasher (not a big deal but worth mentioning). I would recommend based on looks and overall functionality. It is a product I would gift to any bartender.

This bartending kit came so well packaged and shipped quickly from Amazon. Each piece was carefully wrapped in tissue to prevent damage during shipping. I love how each piece fits into the stand, it really satisfies my need to organize everything. One thing i have to comment on is the shaker is pretty thin walled and gets very cold when you use it. We like our double walled shakers for the comfort when using. Overall for the price point, it really can’t be beat.

I removed my previous review as it is now irrelevant; to summarize, the base is made with two pieces and mine were installed 180° off, rendering the notches to hold the tools upright useless. An entire replacement was promptly sent (in a new color for variety), so now I have two wonderful bar kits. Unfortunately only one set is dishwasher safe, but that was the replacement, I had chosen one without that benefit. The set itself is solid, feels great, looks great, but most importantly, works great. No leaks in the shaker, the seal is tight without much effort. Everything else works as expected, and hopefully will last a long time! One odd thing, the Hawthorne strainer I the first set seems to have a loose bit in it because something rattles around, we thought it was a weird feature until we found the second one didnt rattle. The customer service was the best part, very kind and efficient. I contacted their support through text message. Sarah received my initial inquiry about the base and was quick to confirm details and get a replacement lined up within 24 hours. I received the replacement less than a week later.

My first thought when I opened this kit was that I loved it. The quality and color were incredible! I also connected with the story of how they got started. I ordered numerous tools on Amazon during the pandemic, trying to find quality at a reasonable price point, and always found them lacking in some way. This kit nails the style, comprehensive functionality and quality at a price point that I haven’t seen elsewhere. There are more expensive kits out there - and some unique features and designs - but nothing comes close to the value you get with Bare Barrel. For me, this kit is perfect and I highly recommend it! Husband loved his gift. He used this mixology kit to make awesome mixed drinks for family members and friends! Great party and fun entertainment. He didn’t dislike not one item from this set!!!!

This product is well thought out and constructed! Has everything one will need. Craftsmanship is beautiful and has a 3 year warranty. The holder is solid and keeps everything in their place. The recipe book is on point. Error proof drinks, that tastes like a professional made them for you. Buy and enjoy!!
