These pads are awesome! There bigger than I expected, but only cause they have pretty great foam padding. What separates these from the pro pads is that you cannot replace the plastic shields, and you have to slide your leg in through the spandex/elastic sleeves. Makes it harder to wear over pants. But overall great beginner pads! Ironically, I took a tumble the day before I received these, scraping my knee and elbow; I wouldnt have been injured had I been wearing these...

Im a 52, ~240 lbs female with thicker calves and thighs. Ordered these because I want to start rollerblading again and help get to a healthier weight. They fit fairly snug (but not too tight) and give me a boost in confidence knowing that Im going to be ok if I fall down. Yes, they are a little more on the pricey side, but it was a great investment!

My brother is a professional skateboard instructor and begged me to send these knee pads back and get better ones (187s!) but I opted to keep them. My second time wearing these pads I took a fall directly on my knee and ended up tearing my meniscus. Low quality pads, very little injury protection. DO NOT BUY.

I usually dont fall for this kind of garbage, but the photos clearly show knee, elbow and wrist guards, but the package does not include the wrist guard. Photos also show a close up of each, including the wrist guard - why do that if it is not included? Again, this set does NOT include the wrist guard. Of course, this is my fault, too, for not reading the fine print. But when comparing sets, it is easy to miss when just about every other company that shows all three in the set actually includes all three . Otherwise, they do appear to be quite good quality. The problem is I wanted the wrist more than any of the other 2, and figured Id spend a few dollars getting all the pads, and use what I needed when I needed. But now Ive spent the money and still dont even have the one that offers protection for the most likely injury from skating. Bad form, dude. Im returning on principle.

Great set of pads if only mason would use them more.

    Greater than one week

I’m a rookie and I don’t know much, but they seem pretty great. Didn’t wanna risk my expensive knees and elbows to some cheap no-brand pads. By once, cry once. Always buy quality.

Large as a little smaller than I would have expected, even with the measuring and using the guides. Wish I would have gone XL (38yr old 200lb grown up) But not worth the hassle of going thru an exchange. Large will work.

For me at 210 lbs 6 foot normal legs and arms the xl pads fit perfect. If I was 185, and I have been I assure you, I would still get the xl pads and they would fit the same. As far as I can tell from the research, there are very few pads on amazon which actually fit an adult and these are the only ones at a reasonable price. I have used them every day this week with no issues. Im 47 and riding an all wheel drive super aggressive electric skateboard. Im still a big kid and in my younger years we didnt really wear pads at all and certainly not helmets. We were stupid, Im all padded up but with these low profile pads i just put on large pants and a jacket and Im good. They actually look cool too.
