Its not as big as other models out there, but al least you know they wont give you a hassle at the counter

My last one lasted more than 5 yrs, this one broke in 6 months. Very disappointed by the drop in quality.

Quality build. Description is inaccurate. Dimensions are overstated. Sent back & had to pay shipping.

Only gave it a low stars because the packing size is not true to suitcase size. I just measured the outside and it is barley 20 inches. UGH !!! So I got this suitcase because I needed a new one. the old one I had was 22 inches and the inside measured 21 inches. This suitcase measures 21 inches but I only have 17inches of packing room. WAY SMALLER!! No wonder I felt like it was smaller when packing. I am so disappointed since this was not a cheap suitcase. I went more expensive because I will be traveling a lot with work, but not with this suit case. Luckily I dont have to travel for work until February so I have time to find a new one.

just got the 25 inch checked luggage, its a good built, but there is no RFID pocket, no USB port. the description described is only valid for the 21 inch carry on version.

One of the two zipper TSA locks broke on second use (return trip to home from another country) with no visible damage to lock. Samsonite expected us to pay shipping to their repair store in another state. Wont buy from Samsonite again and dont recommend you buy from them either. Their products are a premium price without premium customer service. Label inside suitcase said it was made in Italy another label said Thailand. They reserve the right to say it is not under warranty after less than a month from purchase and will charge to ship it back if so determined. Low rating is entirely triggered by the annoying process to get it fixed when there is no physical evidence the airline or TSA damaged the lock.

Loved that you can see its high quality item, it maneuvers well. Highly recommend it. My fiancee loved it, especially the option to tuck your suit away. Light blue on the inside. Very well made.

What’s not to like on this suitcase: sizing, wheels that go as you need to go, accessible inside and outside, TSA lock. You will love it.
