The speaker does not have the ability to give the volume needed to be able to hear the people trying to communicate with your radio! No if ands. Just will not do the job.

Don’t waste your money

Quite small and not very powerful, but will do what it is said to do. IMHO, this is a good example of You Get What You Pay For.
