Greater than one weekThe last time I bought a backpack it was at Target in 1997. It has lasted me many years! However, the whole thing is sagging, so I needed a new one. Did my research and found this one. Picked a beautiful blue. Took it with me on a trip to the UK. Each time I needed to sling the backpack over my rolling suitcase - super easy. And so many pockets to store stuff! Sturdy, durable, attractive, totally worth the near $50 I paid for it - the last time I bought a backpack (in 1997) it was $18 so there was a bit of sticker shock there. Still, like I said, worth every penny.

> 3 dayNeeded professional laptop backpack for work/travel. Main reason I chose this backpack was the additional strap that locks across the chest. They are hard to find and it is a “must have” for running thru airports. However, all of the strap clasps/threading are cheap plastic - not well made/heavy duty. I’m hoping they don’t break before I get full use of this backpack. I love the color - hard to find decent dark purple backpack for professionals. I like the depth of the mesh pockets on each side to hold beverages. The connection strap on both sides allows me to thread thru the loops on my water bottle and coffee mug to prevent slipping and falling out of pockets as I maneuver thru airports, hotels, parking lots, and office buildings - holds in place nicely. It almost has enough pockets. It will do for now. What I didn’t like - all materials are not as durable as other backpacks I’ve owned. The bottom is not reinforced or padded. Concern for protection of laptop. Mesh is cheap and thin. Shoulder straps are barely padded. Padding on back is thin and does not support my back. The zippers and clasps are cheaply made. I can see them busting. Laptop area is only padded on the inside and not thick/padded well. Middle compartment for files and books is very narrow. I need more room for work files/books. I can’t imagine it would be wide enough for students. The handle on top is not reinforced. It is made of same material as backpack. All previous backpack handles have been reinforced with comfortable, durable, and flexible material such as rubber. This is key when your backpack is heavy and you need to “grab-n-go”.

> 3 dayThis backpack is heavier than others even when empty. I even took out the usb charging cord because it is useless without a battery pack. My favorite feature is the side straps with clips above the water bottle pockets. They hold taller water bottles upright and can be used to clip lunch boxes on.

> 3 dayThe color is great, not too loud. It has many pockets and slipped easily on my carry on. Wearing it was easy and comfortable. I would buy another on Id needed.

> 3 dayOrdered this backpack for our school Pom team. Our school’s primary color is purple and these look so good. They have plenty of room, zippers, pockets. We had them monogrammed, which worked great on them.

Greater than one weekThe backpack is a great size, nice ammount of pockets and I also appreciate the charger cable. Its just as pretty in person! I tend to take mine to work with me. And one day, someone intentionally spilled some soup or something down the front. Who knows how long it was there and I was so worried it would stain! Luckily with some scrubbing with baby wipes it came right off, and looks brand new! Definitely recommend!
