I had issues in the beginning with the product, but it’s now been resolved. Customer service is outstanding. I addressed an issue and they immediately contacted me to resolve the issue.

10/10 I got it on sale so I didnt even pay $200 for this. The picture shows great at night of course (expected) but the photo I attached it how it shows in DAYLIGHT I do have blinds but my curtains havent come yet so thats what it looks like during the day and its still pretty great. This is my first projector so I didnt want to spend tooo much and this is PERFECT

Does not like connecting to the Internet. Does not have apps you can access through device. You must connect your phone which is a pain. Not satisfied whatsoever.

True HD quality and very simple to set up and use, connected it to my laptop via HDMI and that’s it! Basically plug and play (besides pointing it in the correct direction) I do wish the included cable was a little longer but that’s just me being picky. It has a premium feel to it and can turn any night into a movie night! Highly recommend

The projector works really well. I’m sure it will be even better once we get a screen, but even without one it’s great picture quality. Very sharp and bright!

I bought this projector around 8 months ago. It began growing an orange spot in the middle of the lense. I reached out to the email but didnt get replies, so i went to the website and used their live chat. I got Faye and she was very friendly and polite, and quickly took care of me. She saw that my projector was still under warranty, so after confirming my projector didnt simply need cleaning, she shipped out a brand new projector to me and i got it within a day. Im very grateful this company stands by their products, i initially thought i wasnt going to get help.
