we were thinking of buying projector for the backyard since we started our backyard project. finally bought it and never regret. surprize feature is that it has its own sounds of a pretty good quality and noise reduction feature especially for those who want to use it outside. as we are getting into the fall, we started using it at home also and my son wants to watch his cartoons on the projector any time he watches… great quality picture (couldnt compare to anything else but looka like huge tv). can do apple airplay as well as android screen share. did not try usb or any other ports…

First time using it, the keystone function broke. Then the picture quality is awful-in focus in the center but out of focus on the top and bottom. Returning this immediately. Update-the company did reach out and offered various situations to resolve. For that, I am appreciative, even offering, not just the return, but gifts. So for that, the company does desire to stand by its products. Good customer service

I plugged it in and not even two minutes later it just shut itself off and would not turn on. Wasn’t hot didn’t make any noise. Not sure what didn’t work but don’t waste your money on this.

I love how this projector came with a carrying case to keep safe. I got this item to assist with my art, it works very well when I project Images on to my canvases to help give the idea of tracing. It gives a lot of assistance with making sure I get the facial features and things more accurate when creating my portraits. I will also utilize the real purpose of the gadget which is to make some outside family movie nights fun. The picture quality is great, its easy to work and all the items needed to make this work quite easily. Just make sure to have batteries for the remote, I luckily had some AAA batteries available to try out everything completely. Its a big help overall though specifically with my artwork.

I had issues in the beginning with the product, but it’s now been resolved. Customer service is outstanding. I addressed an issue and they immediately contacted me to resolve the issue.

I bought this projector around 8 months ago. It began growing an orange spot in the middle of the lense. I reached out to the email but didnt get replies, so i went to the website and used their live chat. I got Faye and she was very friendly and polite, and quickly took care of me. She saw that my projector was still under warranty, so after confirming my projector didnt simply need cleaning, she shipped out a brand new projector to me and i got it within a day. Im very grateful this company stands by their products, i initially thought i wasnt going to get help.
