Just applied it, but if lasts as advertised this is a great product.

I became aware of this product from the You Tube channel , The build Show , Matt Risinger. When the flashing membrane I was using for my new window came loose , which I would never known if it hadnt been for the fact that I was running behind on my project, I ordered R-Guard. It was a bit tricky getting it in all the places being this was for an upgrade to a larger window. What an awesome product. I purposely did not close the brick veneer up on my window to make sure it would work. Results are awesome.

Product was fully expired when received. Only out a week. I used it anyway as it went on a personal project but would never have installed it on a job. It is excellent product though!

This stuff is amazing dries fast and is super strong and flexible. I will be buying again.

Great stuff, easy to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Make sure you’ve got a sausage gun. Won’t work in a regular caulking gun.

With weather in the 40s I waiting a few hours to get it to setup. Tried closing off the area with heat gun and space heater, but it didnt help. It didnt setup. Ultimately I gave up and installed the door in the wet stuff. Its messy. Cleaning the gun sucks afterwards. Needed acetone. That helps. Pricey. I did just the bottom of the door and it took an entire role and a half. Dont know maybe I used to much. Thats why it didnt dry? I would recommend if the weather is warm and your installing the windows door the next day maybe.

Loved this product. Turned my sons room from the cold to the nicest. Great for air and water proofing. Super tight.

A great fluid applied flashing, works with a sausage gun. Working time of the flashing was as described, and it bonds very well.
