My grandson is too impatient to wait for the controller to fully charge, and plays his games while it’s still connected to the cord. This in turn loosened the one charging port. I found this charger online and after a bit of research bought it. So very happy I did. Works great!! Charges two controllers in a couple of hours on the alternate ports!!
