> 24 hourRepair difficulty: Medium. Theres a pretty good guide on ifixit. I had the ifixit toolkit so everything went pretty smooth. Lots of small ribbon cables to unplug and plug back in. Avoid the repair if you arent comfortable with that. Looked slightly warmer than the original screen but I assume that is just a difference in batches. Very awesome to still be able to find screen replacements for an eleven year old console.

> 24 hourReplaced the original LCD on my psp GO and it looks just as good. The original one did have adhesive and this one didn’t but it didn’t really matter it stayed in place after screwing everything together and you can’t even tell it’s an off brand LCD

> 24 hourCame decently packed. Screen is on par in terms of color and image quality as the original one. Did not come with any scratches or dead pixels at all. Only problem is that it doesn’t have the outer edge sticky seal as the original. But it holds well once you put the screen assembly together. You will have to provide your own tools too. However, a simple YouTube search should help you with assembly and knowing which tools to use. Overall it’s a great screen replacement for my previous scratched screen.

> 24 hourApparently this can happen. Ive taken apart my PSPGO before with no issue. Unit was fully powered off. Upon plugging in the new screen I discovered there was absolutely no backlight. I could hear audio and see graphics if I reflected a flashlight on the screen. Theres been quite a few folks online who have mentioned blowing a fuse when replacing an LCD screen. Theres 3 possible fuse locations. You will have to google for the images showing where they are. Even tougher is figuring out what kind of fuses they are you have to replace, assuming you have the skill to accurately replace them. Or you can take your chances and just bypass the blown fuse with solder and then, you will likely no longer have brightness control. It will always be max brightness. I wish I knew this risk before I started this project...

> 24 hourI used this screen to replace the oem psp go screen and it worked. My only complaint was that the newly installed panel looked very different compared to the oem screen

> 24 hourI had a stuck neon green pixel on my original screen, so I thought I would give this a shot. The screen itself looks identical to the official one, but the panel used for the screen doesnt perform anywhere near the same as the original screen on the psp go. I also own a psp 3000, and I would say this screen is closer to the psp 3000 screen than the psp go one. With the psp 3000 screen, they are known to show interlacing, so does this psp go replacement screen. Interlacing is present in this, but just a tad worse than the 3000. Additionally, the screen I tested had an oval blotch in the middle of the screen. The blotch will be noticeable when the screen needs to show a uniform solid color like pressing the PS Home button when in-game. Otherwise, it doesnt affect the actual performance of the screen. I tested 2 screens, and both had the same issues outlined above. Overall, its a decent screen for the psp go when you have no other options. Unfortunately, because of the age of the console, the options are very very limited. I decided to live with my neon green stuck pixel and return these screens.
