At that discrepancy, theres no matter with the softness nor strength nor any possible amazing ability of the tissue to magically clean my nose (or other body parts) that would make up for the missing volume. Its possible, I suppose, that the remaining 23 boxen are on the way in another box or package, and I just havent received them yet. That would be fine, but I await any notice of it, if its so.
