I bought this valve because the one installed by the builder is so noisy and wake me up at night everytime the pump runs. After installing this valve, it is super quiet, I cannot even hear it and have a good sleep. Love it.

Wow! After listening to sump pump pipe knocking and shocking the cast iron pipe joint’s finally relief!! So easy to install, such an easy fix! Everything in the box that was needed!! 5stars+!!

Super easy do-it-yourself installation even for a novice. The valve performs completely as advertised. Extremely quiet during flap opening, water discharge, and flap closing. It’s worth the few extra dollars over a loud and inefficient clunky sump water valve. Wish I installed decades ago. These should be standard in all residential homes. I’m going to get another one for the other sump pump in my home.

Barely better than the previous valve that shut with a clunk that would wake the dead. This valve is actually quieter than the pump itself. Ready to install, works well.

Very quiet sump pump! Nice and easy installation too! Remove old one, drain water from pipe, and slide new one into place and tighten. Im not super handy, but anyone can do this. Just make sure you have a 5 gallon bucket and towels handy. Remove the bottom of the old one first then remove the top. Easier to control the water drainage.

It works silently.
