You can definitely taste the teeth whitening ingredients (in a good way) and after a few days I noticed a nice change. I think this works better than the professional crest whitening strips. My teeth became sensitive after a week of use (in a good way), so I definitely know it works. Probably the best teeth whitening product I have purchased in a while.
