Greater than one weekThis product was precisely what I wanted it to be. The first thing I did was use it in a ultraviolet light teeth tray as someone else suggested then I brushed with it, in addition to my regular toothpaste for a couple weeks. Just today my wife (who sees me daily) commented on how white my teeth are!
