these mugs were more off white then white! disappointed in the dullness and no shine.

I do sublimation for a living. These mugs are able to transfer the ink onto them. Awful products! And one was broken in the box. Im disgusted.

I’m happy with how these have subbed! They look great! One suggestion- the bottoms say microwave and dishwasher safe but I let those I created for know that they shouldn’t do this with sublimated products. It is a bit confusing and I worry about how it may effect some of my projects (especially with older customers that might not remember what my care card says). Other than that I really like them!

Loved the way they sublimated and the packaging was awesome. I love the reusable boxes. Definitely helped to prevent breakage. I will be reordering real soon! Definitely recommend!

Do not buy! I used recommended time and temp with a press and ruined half the mugs! Not worth it and can’t even get my money back! Will not purchase again! Absolutely horrible!

Nicely packaged so I know the mugs are safe when delivered. Worked as expected. Sublimated well.

Work good almost as good as cricket mugs but just not as good quality the are 11 oz not 12 oz so they are shorter then the circuit ones. And you can really see the difference. You have to keep that in mind when you are doing sublimation.
