> 3 daySometime in the past year (or so) Q-Tips dramatically changed the amount of cotton on its swabs. They have probably 1/3 to 1/2 the amount they did previously. I used to be able to twirl a tip counterclockwise against a terry towel to puff it up and get more absorbancy. Not any more. These have definitely changed into a second-rate swab, and everyone in my family noticed it in our most recent 500-pack. Shame on Unilever!

> 3 dayWhat is going on with this product? Q-tips used to be the very BEST on the market. The boxes we got had less cotton on the tips and the sticks VERY bendy. Not the sturdy ones we used to get. These were the same as the cheap discount store versions. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

> 3 daySimply abysmal. Once the best on the market, these have been cheapened beyond recognition. Sturdy paper sticks have been replaced by flimsy little whips of paper that snap off with the slightest pressure. Generous cotton swabs have been reduced by 50% or more, and Unilever is going to find out the hard way that people only bought this product because it was better than the generic. I, for one, am voting with my dollars, and Q-Tips brand will not see another nickel out of me unless the old standards are reinstated.

> 3 dayI dont know why no one else makes cotton swabs this good, but its a fact. Q-tips are the only way to go. The tips are well cushioned and the stems are sturdy and dont bend easily.
