Q-tips Cotton Swabs 500 ea (Pack of 2)

Good product but COSTCO has a better buy - HAVE TO HAVE Q-TIPS but wont buy them on Amazon again

I ordered these specifically because in the picture they come in cardboard boxes, which I prefer for environmental and practical reasons. When they arrived they were in the standard plastic blister packs, not what I ordered.

When you buy q-tips you know youre getting the legit thing not a cheap Dollar store knockoff

Have the Q-Tips people lost the technological wherewithal to perforate a box correctly? Back in the day, 40 years or so ago, the Q-Tips box top came off simply and easily, almost elegantly. Today, you have to tear at the packaging like an animal to get at the cotton swabs inside the familiar plastic box. It used to be so mundane and expected that the perforation would work that I failed to appreciate fully how lovely it was. I have been a devoted consumer of Q-Tips, almost to the point that Q-Tips might be the product that I have consumed the most of in my life. The quick math comes to about 77,380 Q-Tips swabbed so far--and this is a conservative estimate. And, as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, that total will rise as well. All I ask dear corporate leaders of Q-Tips is that the company return to the perforation standards of yesteryear and this will be a 5-star review.
