Q-Tips Swabs Cotton, 500 Count (Pack of 4)

Love Q-tip brand more than any other. Usually buy them at the local grocery store/drug store. This deal on Amazon was too great to pass up. For some reason, these Q-tips feel a bit more flimsy than the same brand I typically buy at the store (like the stick part is more squishy/prone to bend). But the cotton tip is still ok. Does the job, and it was a great price, so I would consider purchasing again. However, I always worry about whether its a legitimate product when I buy it online. Usually the ones at the store come in packs with completely sealed perforated backs that would be difficult to tamper with (like in the picture posted of the product on Amazon). What I received were 4 boxes of 500 count, and the box slides out of a cardboard sleeve (see attached pic), so it could have been easy for someone to replace the good Q-tips with another brand and reseal in plastic. But I could also just be paranoid! :) It does just feel different than the store bought ones, but maybe the company has just decreased the quality of their product over the years.

I love these as much as you can love a cotton swab.

Use it for cleaning ears. The swab is great, but the stick is not very strong. It bends with the slightest pressure. Tips from the store are a firmer stick.

Because you can never clean your ears enough! Seriously, 2000 swabs will probably only last me the better half of a decade. That being said, please do not put cotton swabs into your ear.......
