Nice kit for beginners

*~*~*~* First off, Im going to issue a caveat: wool felting is NOT an activity thats safe for kids to do unsupervised, even with all of the components included with this kit! Ive stuck myself MANY times in my efforts to practice and create with wool felting supplies in the past (although one of the components in this kit, it turns out, is JUST the ticket)!! Bear in mind that Im an art teacher with 23 years of teaching experience, too! *~*~*~* I was SO excited, recently, to come across a needle felting kit after falling in love with needle felting at an Art teacher workshop that I attended, then being crushed to find that I couldnt find the roving wool needed, in my area, even at the specialty yarn shops. I gave up then, but when I came across that other kit, I was SO excited! But this kit beats the other one that I got, by a LOT! There are SO many colors of wool here, and SO many tools in this kit! It even comes with actual leather finger protectors, which Id never thought about getting, but I see them in this kit, and just think to myself, they thought of EVERYTHING! These are PERFECT! And they are! Theres a variety of sizes with the leather thimbles, as Ill call them, so they fit my thumb, are a snug fit for my index finger, as well as my middle finger. EVERYTHING is covered here! This kit comes packaged in two layers of plastic organizers, and theyre PERFECT for the task. Once youve gone through all of the components here (which I imagine would take either some time, or obsessive attention... which just might be a thing with this kit!), the containers will be great for addressing crafting needs, either felting related or otherwise. For the money, this kit REALLY cant be beat! Ive already added a few other roving wool packs to my shopping cart! EVERYTHING you need is here - the hardest work youll have to do is searching and narrowing down the list of felting projects youll try to tackle as soon as this arrives. Carve some time out, cuz youre gonna want to play with this kit!

This is a great kit for beginners or kids. It has a large variety of roving, lots of tools and a handy case to store everything in. I only wish it came with some sort of instructions.
