I bought it for my 6-yo son, who is interested in learning ballon sculpting, but it is still too big for his hands, and too difficult to pump (it requires some good muscle strength to get it right every time). Although I must say, he is tenacious and has figured out how to hold/prop it to make it work for him. Other than that, no complains. Light, and the ridges help lodge the balloon to hold it in place while youre pumping (although it`s faster to just keep it pressed against the pump with your fingers while pumping, to cut the time of the dislodging from the ridge). We like it!

Tried couple of same cost balloon inflator for party store and didnt work well at all. I read the reviews and decided to buy this one to give a try. AS soon as I received tried with couple 5 and 12 balloons, to my surprise this one is awesome. Works so well. no frustration no air leakage. 5 or 12 it works so well. Thanks for all customer reviews. really helped!!!

We bought a $5 balloon animal kit from Wal-mart and it was such a hit we decided to get higher quality baloons and pump. The balloons worked out great but this pump is a little too difficult to use for my 10 and 4 year old kids. It even requires quite a bit of force for me to use, but it does blow up those balloons super fast!

Great pump, worked great with balloons and (BONUS) was a perfect hack for re-inflating a yoga ball that had gone a bit soft! Back to its original purpose though: The tapered, angled tip made it a breeze to slide balloons over the top. The ridges helped anchor the balloon (though you do still have to hold it). Rounded hand grip fits beautifully in the hand. All these things are nice little extras that make using this pump much less tiring than other pumps Ive tried. (I cant believe Im writing a glowing review for a balloon pump, but there you have it!)
