Ive used this product for many years now for colds, flu, my kids acne, cold sores, and shingles. Im a nurse and I have recommended it to literally hundreds of people over the years because it is so effective. I took aside a nurse co-worker whose lips were covered in cold sores from stress, and told her about Super Lysine Plus. One week later her cold sores were GONE. I decided to add this to my regimen at about the same time we bought a far infrared sauna, so its hard to say if its this or that, but I have been much healthier overall since. Not saying that I havent felt ill at all,but over the last few years I have only felt like garbage once and I was over it in half the time of my wife......who is not good about taking vitamins, etc

I keep wanting to stop taking these because they didn’t help with acne like I’d read Lysine does, but I never get sick! So while it didn’t do what I bought it for, it’s doing something I value.
