> 3 daySome of these protein bars can be chalky, bad taste or chewy, this has a great balance of taste and texture. Here is a quick breakdown or how I fell this compares to other bars. Pros: - High in fiber - low net carbs - Great taste - low in sugar - Great texture Cons - High in saturated fat - Bar size is a little smaller than others Overall a solid in between means snack

Greater than one weekThese Nutrition Coconutty Caramel Candy Bars are my new favorite treat! They are the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with a crunchy texture that satisfies my cravings. I love that they are made with real, healthy ingredients like coconut and almonds, and are sweetened with honey instead of processed sugars. They are also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. The packaging is also convenient for on-the-go snacking. I can easily throw a bar in my purse or gym bag for a quick and satisfying snack. I highly recommend these candy bars to anyone looking for a healthier alternative to traditional candy bars.

Greater than one weekTrying to stay away from the candy bars? This is the perfect solution. I ordered the Coconutty Caramel flavor. What a wonderful surprise - it tastes like a really yummy candy bar (Mounds), but without the sugar rush (and subsequent crash!). The bar has a very satisfying chewiness, but isnt too hard or difficult to chew. The flavor is great - not full-on coconut, but coconuty nougat and caramel, along with some chocolatiness and bits of almond. With 1g sugar, 3g net carbs and 200 calories, its a snack choice you can feel good about. It does have 20g total carbs with 9g of sugar, 3g of Allulose and 5g of alcohol sugars - thats how the bar gets to 3g of net carbs. It is sweetened with Erythritol, Allulose and Sucralose, which may not work for you. I think its a great snack alternative to a sugary treat and cant wait to try other flavors!

> 3 dayFlavor-wise, they tasted great. No complaints here. I picked these up thinking theyd be like a protein / meal-replacement bar but as the name implies they are very much candy bar styled. By that I mean they are sweet, light and easy to eat. Unfortunately, that means theyre almost too easy to eat. When I ate one, I totally felt like I probably could have eaten a second one. As far as nutrition-focused treats go, these were okay. The big differences between this bar and a brand-name almond candy with coconut really come down to protein and fiber. If you need to get about 10 extra grams of both of those, then this would do it. Calories, carbs and sodium are otherwise pretty comparable. For the price I think its a bit much for healthy treats. Id rather just have the real candy and get my protein and fiber somewhere else.

> 3 dayThese bars are erythritol-sweetened “candy” protein bars. I like them, and they are extremely fresh, but as with nearly all artificially sweetened bars, these are excessively sweetened for my tastes. So they are good, but i won’t order them again. Four stars.

Greater than one weekIf Quest were trying to duplicate the Samoa Girl Scout cookie, they failed; however, if they were just trying to make a great tasting Bar, then astounding success. this bar has no fake sugar substitute taste, this bar tastes like a real candy bar without the sugar. The fat in this bar is a little higher and protein a little lower than my other favorite Quest Bar, Birthday Cake; but this bar is better tasting.
