I bought this product for my brother who is 81 years old and has cerebral palsy. He also has an enlarged prostate. Catheters were previously used and he had several infections. The product helps tremendously with all of his issues.

I am not sure it holds .5 liters. You have to be careful because If you don’t change it on time you end up with wet pants and chair or couch. It’s perfect for me for about 3 or less hours.

These things work great but they’re very expensive selling at $1 each pad. I have to buy these for my husband and I’m worried about being to afford them so I’ll have to keep looking around for another option.
