Great product but pricy

I am not sure it holds .5 liters. You have to be careful because If you don’t change it on time you end up with wet pants and chair or couch. It’s perfect for me for about 3 or less hours.

Use the product for overnight.

My husband was recently hospitalized, and while there, a nurse used this product on him. What a wonderful discovery! These pads have saved me from changing sheets morning after morning, because night-time briefs just arent enough protection. I only wish they were a little more economical. But thats my only complaint and they are worth the expense.

You will not find a perfect solution but I am very satisfied with this product. It relieves a lot of stress as far as leakage is concerned. confident about the ability to keep him dryer and avoid infection. Good product for me

These are a life saver. No more rashes all over the brief. These are so easy and effective. I’ve been using them for about a year and only twice have they over flowed when I wasn’t able to change it out in time. What a game changer! For males these are perfect! We went from rashes all over front and back to zero rashes now. Also helps to fold in the sides, cover the cone top with brief and tuck brief sides under the cone. This keep all the fluid in the cone and brief.

I had high hopes for this product but it did not work well for my husband. It leaked out the top and sides when worn overnight.
