Quicken Starter Personal Finance – Start taking control of your money – 1-Year Subscription (Windows/Mac)

CRAP! After your subscription runs out you can not even open it up to look at your data. It becomes useless you have to shell out another 39.99 for nother year subscription. What a rip off. Save your money.

The product was what it was shown to be and it is being used for a non-profit. Matter of fact we are going to get another in the near future if I can still get it from the same seller.

It didnt do what it advertised when it couldnt connect to my accounts so Im using a spreadsheet.

I had previously subscribed to Quicken Premier, but purchased a Organize your Money Starter edition on 30 December 2020 as my Premier would expire in January 2021. I have been trying to install the new purchased edition and have called Quicken twice with no success. They reported both times that I had to purchase Quicken through them and not Amazon. This is very poor service. I cannot activate my new program even though I have the activation code.

I would give no stars if possible. Description said CD included. But no CD comes with. This is for a nonprofit with no internet. Worthless

Works great a very good product I will probably up next year

this was geared to om-line banking., not something im going to use. The 2006 version was easier to use.

Ive used Quicken all my life. Upgraded back in 2016 and was using it ever since. Due to an unrelated issue, I had to reinstall all my PC software. Come to find out Im not allowed to reinstall and use my Quicken, that I purchased, anymore. That just didnt sit very well with me. The software worked well enough to balance my checkbook, but they have lost a customer forever with this. Whats worse is I cant even access my account information to review for tax reasons.

Decreased flexibility of use. Can no longer file-save with a new filename (retaining previous file and name). Tech support was good talker, but poor listener. Lost previous version when helped me save with a new filename. He then insisted that I wanted a new filename. Talked to supervisor. Showed me a clumsy workaround. At least he understood the issue.
