I got the reamer to widen the holes on a guitar, and it went super dull after three of the six holes. I was able to finish the job, but they got rougher and rougher looking with the second three. It was a softer wood, so the price is the quality you’re getting. I wouldn’t buy again.

I have 3 of these around my shop for use on wood, steel or aluminum. They always do the job and I’ve never been dissapointed.

Il est important de tenir le tranchant perpendiculairement à louvrage. Faites ensuite pivoter. Il a fait un travail très propre dagrandissement des trous de cheville dans cette tête de ukulélé (bois moyennement dur). Jai juste utilisé une petite brosse pour nettoyer les copeaux de bois qui se sont accumulés dans les rainures. Un bel outil utile pour une utilisation occasionnelle à un bon prix.

This is dull as hell. This reamer is no match for a maple neck. The rim on my peg holes were full of nicks.

Probabilmente funzionerà anche bene su materiali come ottone o alluminio ma sullacciaio dolce c40 si è dimostrato inefficace. Addirittura insistendo un po si è consumato nel punto in cui doveva lavorare. Oggetto inutile.

Lost it sharpness really fast while expanding a UNIVOX guitar peg holes, had to finish up using a drill.

Very nice tool, Id prefer if the handle was locked to the awl but some electrical tape keeps it pretty secure for awhile.
