> 24 hourJust like it says in order for this card to work you have to put a kernel/software on the sd card specific to the r4 card since it comes with no sticker or brand name and no instructions on what web site to download the kernel/software it is then a unknown software you have to download with out a name it is useless I even tried the Ace3DS+ kernel/software but it still didnt work save your money and time spend the extra $15 buy the one that is $30 sending back for refund

> 24 hourWas easy to load the additional needed software. Other reviews are spot on. Up a d running. It has its navigation quirks, but you cant beat the price range. If you plan on playing your backed up 3DS roms you may need to homebrew your rig, otherwise everything else plays really well. Using in: 2011 OG 3DS XL with 32gb sd card class 10.

> 24 hourI read other reviews that suggested this non-descript card is an ACE clone. I did a web search for the latest firmware, followed the instructions to format my SD card (which you will need to have one or get one separately), and it works without issue. A very cost effective solution and a good way to revive an old DS/DSI/DSI XL you might have laying around.

> 24 hourArrived looking just as it appeared in the listing. Took under 5 min to set up. I downloaded software kernel from ace3ds (.com) There are two options, a simple one, and one with preinstalled emulators. Both worked fine. I tested .nds .gb .gbc .gba .nes .sfc and .md files and those all seemed fine. I found another site gbatemp where I found some other themes and emus etc

> 24 hourGlad I read through the reviews, because once I set the thing up with an Acekard firmware, it worked like a charm. Honestly, I went this way because I wanted one of these things that werent preloaded, and being able to tinker a little and supply my own firmware appealed to me.
