Came in on time and well packaged. It is a good quality bag for a medium pet. It’s sturdy. The top doesn’t collapse but it’s rather reinforced and keeps its shape. Folds flat easily for easy storage.

This carrier is super cute and sturdy. Its perfect for flying with my 4 pound chihuahua. The carrier fits under the airline seat and has plenty of room for her to sleep/move around in even with a small pillow or blanket in with her. Its collapsible for easy storage at home. Glad I decided on this carrier, its great!

Lightweight, easy to clean, easy to carry.

I got a blue one instead of the pink I ordered… other than that it’s a great carrier! I don’t even mind the blue, I just would’ve preferred the color I picked. I like all the different zippers/ways of entry, as well as the side pocket. Overall a pretty good purchase!

Way better than the hard plastic cat carriers. My cat is easy put in this carrier from the top and he’s comfortable in his carrier! I just wished it had a cushion on the bottom. It’s a hard board with a fabric cover that you can remove and wash!

I flew on a very long haul flight with my cat. She was very stressed the whole time and as a result started biting and tearing at the mesh. The mesh never tore, so she made it safely to our destination. All of the doors make it easy to put your animal in it and take it out. My cat loves the fleece lining on the bottom. The lining is easy to wash and the crate is easy to wipe down after any messes.

The wide zipper door allows easy access for your pet to enter. There is plenty of space and the inside has soft edges. The base is study enough not to cave in while in use

The padding inside needs to be a little more durable
