Greater than one weekAfter several washings, the handle continues to shed a blackish rubbing onto my hands. I need to continually wipe down the handle so that it doesnt transfer into my hands and thats irritating.

Greater than one weekMy inlaws are gravy and sauce masters She uses a fork --wisks dont do a good job, she has her special fork she uses. well we have this but with a plastic handle. others are round and some are not properly angled for iron skillet roaster, or our tfal pans (awesome) and that its triangular shaped allows it to be used in ANY PAN OR CERAMIC SQUARE cooking pan, pyrex or corning she used ours and fell in love so we got her a duplicate old school works for old school gravy/ sauce art--which it is. also great for puddings and jello
