I have been waiting for surgery for fibroids and polyps and have an extremely heavy flow requiring blood and iron transfusions, so I have been trying pretty much every product available so I can leave the house or sleep at night. I had to finally swallow my pride about wearing what is essentially a diaper and I honestly wish I had tried these a long time ago. I cant go a full 8 hours without leaking, but Ive managed 6 on some heavy nights and that is a huge improvement over the biggest overnight pads that overflow at 60-90 minutes. I also have heavy clotting and the design of these help contain the clots while changing them, which was always an issue with pads. My only complaint is the sizing - I wish there was an option between the two currently available. The S/M fit me in every way except for the leg holes, which are uncomfortably tight. The L/XL are way too big. I have thick legs, so this may not be an issue for other people. Im 55, 160lb, size 10 pants for reference.

I have been using these for months now and I love them!! I wish I had known about these when I was younger. I primarily wear these to sleep in when on my period, but have worn them during the day if needed and never had an issue with wearing them under clothing. I have never leaked out of these. Sleeping on my period used to be rough because I would always leak no matter how careful I was, how many layers I wore, or how much I didn’t move - I would still wake up with blood in the sheets. Not with these Rael disposables!!! Seriously a life saver for good sleep on your period. I can move freely and not have to worry. I don’t even need to wear pajama bottoms with them. Let me tell you - they even saved me on my wedding day!! Of course my period had to come 2 days before my wedding, leaving my wedding day as my heaviest flow day. I changed the disposable underwear a few times since I was at my venue over 12 hours that day. These kept me from getting any blood on my wedding dress. I am 5’6” 240lbs and the L/XL are snug but not uncomfortable and they do loosen up a little after putting them on. I also have very sensitive skin and these do not give me chemical irritation. I promise this is not a paid review - I just really love this product and I’m so glad my mom found these for me. 29 is never too old to live your best period life…period!! I’ll see myself out now lol

I wish I had found these 40 years ago! These are perfect for nighttime use during my period. No more wearing multiple pads, no more poor sleep worrying that by shifting position I will shift the pads and leak blood, and no more having to wash sheets every morning because of bloody leaks despite all my worry! Thank goodness I found these for my daughters earlier in their lives!

Theyre not as absorbent as I would like for my heaviest days, but theyre the most comfortable period protection that Ive ever worn. I will continue to buy them. If your periods are extremely heavy like mine, you may have to put a pad inside to avoid leaks.

I wore these postpartum with my 3rd child. I was delighted to find an organic diaper option this time around. These are incredibly soft and worked very well for me. I wore these with an additional pad inside immediately postpartum, and then just these after the bleeding slowed down. I was about 130lb prepregnancy, 3rd child so I definitely had a larger belly, and weighed in around 160lb immediately postpartum (5’ 4” tall). I had brought the smaller size and it was too tight on my legs, fine on the belly. I was able to rip the bottom of the sides so I could wear them comfortably, they never tore anymore than I’d ripped them. Next time I’d get the larger size though. These were so comfortable, I could see myself getting them for nighttime when my period returns.

These are my new go-to product when I dont feel like fiddling with a menstrual cup. They are comfortable, dont leak, and best of all they are unscented.
