Rain Design 10032 mStand Laptop Stand, Silver (Patented)

Love this stand. Definitely makes my WFH setup much more doable. I put my 15 in. Macbook on it. Its super sturdy.

The base becomes uneven because the bottom has glued on resting points and the glue wears off

Ive received this package today and yet I suddenly realized this is not new.The visible stains on the top.

The Rain Design mStand360 is just as described on the site. Its sleek, minimalist approach couples great with any workspace. The stand lifts it to near eye level for myself at 6, which is accomplished while leaving the entire device in a very sturdy, safe housing. The rubber bumpers placed around the frame as well as on the bottom keeps it from adding scrapes or scratches to the pristine finish of my MacBook Pro, all while offering a very clean and modern alternative to the typical additional monitor, arm, and cables lying on the desk. Compared to the Dell laptop on the other side of my desk, plugged into a docking station with an additional monitor and arm holding it up, this frees up a huge amount of space. And, thanks to the open source program Synergy, Im able to use 1 wireless keyboard and mouse set to run both laptops.

Ive experimented with many different stands for my MacBook Pro alongside my Thunderbolt Display, but was never happy with the result. This stand places the laptop in a perfect position relative to my main display. Also the build quality is exceptional - its a solid piece of aluminum as advertised. Additionally, the pads on the four corners and lip of the stand are a nice touch, preventing any scratches to the aluminum surface of my laptop. Kudos.

It does not help my laptop cool down when it starts heating up.

Ich habe wirklich lange nach einem Notebook Ständer gesucht, der auch chic aussieht. Wegen des doch recht hohen Preises hab ich lange überlegt, hab ihn dann aber letztendlich doch gekauft und bereue es bislang nicht. Er passt wirklich super zum Design vom MacBook und ist dabei nicht so sperrig wie viele andere Lösungen.

I thought it folded for a easy to carry experience, overall it is heavy and not meant to be carried unless you want to work out in your biceps

The stand is sleek in appearance but disappointing in functionality. The surface has stuck on pads to keep the laptop from sliding but after a few weeks of use, two of the pads came off and the laptop slides around. Because I have a 17.3 laptop the weight of the laptop is not supported by the stand and tips backwards unless I have the screen angled at an uncomfortable low angle.

Very good material, build quality is outstanding
