I Have owned a Rainbow Vacuum for 20 plus years, they are the best vacuums around. My Mom and Dad owned one for 50 plus years, my sister owns one. I love having the dirt and dust go into the water base and all you do is take outside and dump it out. Then wash the base. A clean and healthy way to clean your house

The second one was perfect ! And at a great price . The first one we received was broken , the box was perfect and hard to understand why someone would package a broken bowl . But it was replaced immediately , I was real impressed with the way it was handled .

We misplaced the basin that came with our purchase. This unit came quickly and is of the high quality of the basin that was a part of the original product. Since the vacuum is worthless without a basin, this unit saved us a hefty investment.
