I loved the look and construction of the umbrella when I first received it. I had my first chance to use it today as it started raining last night. Opened and closed fine from my house to my car. When I arrived at work, it opened fine, but when I went to close it, the umbrella collapsed, but I could not push the stem down to make it smaller. The button failed to open or close the umbrella after that and I saw the strings at the top hanging out. Also, the button to close it, the one time it worked, was difficult to press.

Used automatic button to close and had to push down with my hands to close. Not fun when you get wet closing an umbrella.

A great portable umbrella. We bought this with our son in mind as I already had a portable umbrella but seeing how durable it is, I may just end up using it and give the other one to my son. See the difference in the picture. Yes, you probably can find a cheaper one elsewhere but I bet this one would last much much longer and not start falling apart after the first two uses. Definitely recommended.

size was smaller then I wanted as I did not see size listed. It is of good quality, I have had many, some lost, some in cars for convenience and none ever failed me.

When I lift my head up, It is nice to see pictures of clouds printed on inner side. Durable material and strong handle. Came very handy and just in time for the winter storm on East Coast. Highly recommended.

Exactly what was described.

The umbrella was very difficult to operate. The push button to open it was hard to push, and it wouldn’t close. I had to return it. I received an immediate refund.
