> 24 hourYes, the umbrella was coated with powder, presumably so it doesnt stick together, but the umbrella is beautiful! I bought it for my 12 year old daughter, and its perfect! She can see through it, but it provides adequate protection from the rain. It seems very sturdy and easy to use.

> 24 hourThe umbrella works well and so far has held up to Chicago winds. I dont like the stupid pattern; it blocks vision and is kind of juvenile. I only ordered this pattern because it was the cheapest, on prime, and available now. Wish Id paid more/waited longer for a solid color.

> 24 hourThis item arrived with a white film on the clear cover of the umbrella that would not wash off so it looks dirty. Also, I almost cut my finger opening the umbrella. I would not recommend this item.
