> 3 dayPowders stick really well with the black marker, but when using the clear pen the powders dont always stick so be aware of that before applying a heat tool because your work will look spotty and porous.

> 3 dayThis is the only type of embossing pen I have used, but I really like it - its easy to use for hand-lettering projects.

> 3 dayI love these markers for the control and versatility they offer when Im embossing, but I do wish the ink would show up more on surfaces such as cardboard. Although that is likely my own fault for writing on cardboard, I found that I had to go over the design a couple times for it to adequately transfer. Overall, I will be purchasing again!

Greater than one weekThe black pen makes a medium fine line and is as easy to use as any marker. I could not get the top off the clear pen so it is useless.

> 3 dayI use the clear pen a lot, the black not so much. I luv these pens though. I always have issues when embossing and with these pens I can easily fix any issues I have. Missed a spot, no problem, just use the pen to fill in the spots that didnt take the first time, reapply the powder, let your heat gun heat up and melt. No more starting over from the beginning! You can also write and draw with them and they work in the universal pen holder made for the scan n cut machine. The ink stays wet for a long time too. I recommend buying these pens because they are worth their weight in gold!

> 3 dayThese pens were much drier than I thought they would be. I thought they were actually dried out, but I used them and they work fine! I guess not much moisture is required to get embossing powders to stick.

> 3 dayNow you can emboss any pattern or design that you like or draw on your project. What i like to do to highlight the images on my pattern paper is to draw over the image with the clear embossing pen, then use a transparent glitter like the Sparkly crystal transparent powder by Stampendour or Range Holographic embossing powder and highlight my image. You pattern paper will look similar to the DCWV glitter pattern paper. However the embossing pen will darken your image slightly, so you might get a slight darker shadow around your image. But overall it looks pretty.
