> 24 hourSo fun! Colorful and not too difficult. These larger puzzles need a supplemental poster though. Ravensburger likes to cover the picture on the box with their ridiculous logos.

> 24 hourI notified customer service of a missing piece in the puzzle frame and they responded immediately. After sending them the number of the puzzle and a picture they said they would check to see if the cut of this piece was still being manufactured; apparently not so they sent me a replacement puzzle within a week! Very satisfied since this was my first 2000-piece puzzle. Great puzzle and customer service. I highly recommend it!
