> 3 dayFirst of all, all the pieces were there! That was a relief. Great quality. Very small writing. I bought a LED magnifying glass. The puzzle was very challenging, but addictive. Most of the 1,000 piece puzzles that I do are larger in size so the pieces seemed small to me. Once I got different sections started, I didnt need the magnifier much. Kudos to the artist and all the fine detail. Amazing.

20-11-2024This was a fun puzzle. I removed one star because one piece was missing and I had two extra pieces. It is disappointing that I cant display the puzzle on the wall. On the plus side, Ravensburger customer support responds promptly to emails.

> 3 dayWe really love Ravensburger puzzles. This one was whimsical and so much fun to do because of all the shapes. We have tried several other manufacturers puzzles and they are fine, but they dont hold a candle to Ravensburgers.

> 3 dayAh, this whole series of puzzles from Colin Thompson and Ravensburger are just tons of fun. Im slowly collecting all of them. As with the previous ones, the fun continues after you solve the puzzle, because then you get to roam around it picking up all the neat things hes stuck inside the cupboard (in this case). His little pink guys are back. Dont know what they are, why they are there or what they are doing, but I love em. Plus all sorts of visual fun and interest. So, some points: - Ravensburger puzzles are made with thick, meaty pieces. They fit and sit well. No worries about bends or mangles. - For the first time (in my experience with Ravensburger) they included a poster of the puzzle. Thats great, since the box picture is partially obscured by promo printing. Maybe this is a new thing for 2019. If so, keep it! - They are correct when they say low-glare finish. Even my inappropriately lit work area didnt cause any squinting. - Caution! Ravensburger does have the most puzzle dust of any manufacturer Ive tried (and Ive done a LOT of puzzles). The how I solved it section: These puzzles, because of all their unique areas, are close to an easy solve. In my case, I hit the reds first (including the patterned sections). The colored pencils are almost too simple to mention. Then I went for the alphabet. Next, the wheeled areas. Knocked out oranges and greens and then the shop on the right. From there, it was patterns and faces. Because this comes together so swiftly and its one of those puzzles, at about a hundred pieces left, I shut down the poster and just looked at pieces and puzzle openings. It became a combination of puzzling and Concentration (yes, I know that no one remembers the game Concentration). A fun and entertaining entry into the cupboard series by Colin Thompson. Miss them not!

> 3 dayLoved it! My husband and I spent all winter piecing together puzzles -- mostly Ravensburger. Pieces fit together well, and the finish is less shiny than other puzzles, which reduces glare. Just wish other Colin Thompsons were more easily accessible -- most have to be ordered from overseas without a definite delivery time. This makes it hard for us as we are always taking off on little trips, and I dont want packages left by my door while we are gone.

> 3 dayAfter getting a few generic puzzles I went to work on finding a good puzzle maker. Ravensburger is highly recommended by many websites. Id say its fair. The pieces are thick, printing/photos excellent, the size and shape are really nice. What Ive found though is at least 2-4 pieces in every brand new box had cutting imperfections. Sometimes the tops layer is already coming up, sometimes the bottom layer is peeled away. Other pieces the cardboard is just plain bent. Randomly we may receive a poster inside the box of a complete puzzle so my wife and I can both reference something (poster + box) but most of the time it does not contain one. Weve order 6 puzzles and because each box has had quality issues I cant imagine Ill every buy a Revensburger again.

> 3 dayWith Ravensburger puzzles, there is no complete picture of the finished puzzle. Even the cover picture does not completely show the entire puzzle. Remove the logos from the cover to show the entire complete puzzle. This picture does not allow the customer to see if the underlying image is 2 pieces or how the pieces meet. On the cover you need to show the completed puzzle or have a separate picture in the box that shows the completed puzzle,
