This mouse requires two AA batteries, which make it very heavy for its size. Making matters worse, the batteries are located at the back end of the mouse, which means every time you pick up the mouse with your thumb and pinky finger to reposition it on the mousepad, it wants to pivot backwards until its vertical. I had a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse way back in 2005 that was capable of running on either one AA battery or two, so that the user could choose either long run time or lighter weight. I dont understand why Razer couldnt have implemented something similar. Im returning this and getting a Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600, which Ive had good experience with in the past.

Despite the size it is super comfy to me, nice but not too loud clicking, and the 5 dpi options make it really nice for different tasks since working on the desktop or word, some solitaire, web surfing, to heavy gaming, its nice how you can change your needs with just a button.

Its a great mouse and pretty much lives up to what its offering. I use it as my travel mouse. Its a little smaller than a normal mouse, so I guess that helps with the portability. But, as one who is used to a full-size mouse in my office, its not my favorite to use for long periods. But, it still gets the job done well enough. I found the bluetooth connection mode to be inferior to the 2. 4 Ghz Wireless adapter mode. In bluetooth mode, if I havent moved it for a little while, it would take a second or two to reconnect and move the cursor. So, that can be a little annoying depending on what you are doing. But, once you are actively using it without interruption in bluetooth mode, it seemed to work well enough. The 2. 4 Ghz Wireless adapter mode was reliable and responsive. Whenever possible, I think youll want to use that mode. Still, its nice to have both - and thats kinda why I bought this one. I like that in the unfortunate event that I somehow lose the 2. 4 Ghz wireless adapter, I can still use it in bluetooth mode. Also, you can use it on devices without USB that do have bluetooth. So, thats what makes this device great. Its very versatile by offering two wireless connection methods. If you expect to use this a lot, and if using a small mouse is a problem, maybe see if there is a similar option in a full size.

bought this mouse solely for use with my ipad, but was disappointed to find out that the scroll wheel does not work correctly on it. It works just fine on my computer (which is what its intended for), so Im still giving 5 stars, but just a heads up if youre looking at this for use with an iPad.

I bought this mouse about a year ago (back in August 2019) because I didnt like the feeling of a wired mouse with the cord all dangling along. When I first got this mouse I was initially very impressed. I use this for both my mac (for when I do work) and PC (for gaming). For everyday stuff, there really shouldnt be anything that should affect what Im doing: Browsing the internet, working, clicking on files. This mouse stutters a lot, which is particularly annoying when I game, but just for when I want to click on a file, its an extra level of precision I have and fixing I have to do mentally to just open a code file. It doesnt seem like all that much, but those moments add up. The other thing that Ive noticed (more with my mac than my PC) is the random double clicking. Ill be clicking on a folder normal double clicking, but the mouse would register it as opening the folder and the first file that you click on. Also again, this is little, but having to adjust my work with my mouse is incredibly annoying. For gaming, the ability to change the sensitivity is cool. Im pretty casual so I never need anything beyond 7200 (which I never understood how even that setting makes sense to people). So its cool... when it works. The stutter is bad when youre just doing basic computer stuff. Now 2x that. Bluetooth or dongle its all that same. Every deathmatch round for whatever game Im playing Ive had to readjust or fix something. Again, very annoying and at times could cost you a game. Overall, when it works, its pretty smooth. However there are some pretty critical flaws that could disturb you in your work and when you game.

The mouse is much smaller than I expected. I have large hands and its a little uncomfortable to use. So thats not a terrible thing, unless you are large featured like me. Otherwise its a great mouse, no complaints.

Im very surprised by this mouse! Ive been using Razers other gaming mice for several years now (Mamba and Deathadder) and this is the first time I think Ive felt truly comfortable using a mouse. I have smaller hands, which is probably the bigger factor here. It has a smaller space footprint, which is quite nice. Biggest takeaways, for me, from this mouse are that you can swap between wireless and Bluetooth connections relatively easy. The switch is attached to the power button and you just push it to whichever you want to use. The bonus for me was to let me swap between my laptop (wireless connection) and my steam deck (Bluetooth connection) without much hassle. Slight draw back, but not a deal breaker was that its battery powered and not a rechargeable like the Razer Mamba. Even if you use rechargeable batteries, there might be moments where youre just not around an outlet or have spares sitting around. Its just one extra thing to manage/keep in mind. Improvements I wouldnt mind seeing for future versions of Atheris: - Charging/wired connection option similar to the Razer Mamba. - Options to replace the removable cover (quick search shows this is not available at this time and seems like a missed opportunity for customization). Overall: Very happy #wouldbuyagain

Amazing little portable productivity mouse. It comes with a Bluetooth as well as a 2.4hz wireless dongle, so it makes working on 2 separate computers super easy. It’s also pretty durable, It’s been dropped it multiple times from table height multiple times and came out unscathed. The one drawback is that it’s rather uncomfortable for gaming, but that’s to be expected due to its small size.

I bought this mouse assuming itd fit my small hands well. But its design is not that suitable. Many times when I try to double click the mouse doesnt hold its position and slides, making a drag move instead of open. Sadly no linux support. Quirky Bluetooth integration with ubuntu.
