> 3 daySo, a bit of back story. I purchased this for the first time from GS almost a year ago. It is nice and heavy, the usb ports are easily accessible and the chroma looks slick. Fast forward a few months, and I upgraded to Windows 11. All of a sudden it stops working completely, no power, no connection, nothing. I uninstalled the software, ran a detection tool provided by Razer, went through all the steps to get it to work. Nothing. Went to Razer support. Had me repeat all of the steps with the same result. Finally agreed it had to be a hardware issue, but since I did not have a PDF of my original receipt from GS I was out of luck. I decided to just go ahead and buy a new one through amazon.

> 3 dayA great addition to my set-up and very well built. The lights are brighter than they look in pictures and in videos.

> 3 dayI really like that this stand is metal. It feels very solid and has some weight to it. The lights are beautiful and add some extra flair to my already overly saturated RGB peripherals. I have a Steel Series headset and it fits with plenty of room to spare. I love this stand I just wish that it looked a little better for the price.
