First of all, I already had a Razer Blackwidow keyboard that I loved. The first version, mechanical, is was great. I got a little obsessed with RGB lightning and bought this keyboard SPECIFICALLY for the underglow lightning on it. Thats about it. You cant even see it. I have it sitting on a pitch black full desk mouse pad, and you cant see the lighting underneath at all. I cannot stress this enough - it is not visible. If I look underneath I can see the little wrap-around bar is lit up, but its simply not bright enough even with all the lights off. I do like that its quieter than the mechanical keyboard, but it doesnt feel as high quality. To be honest, Im considering returning it. I figured that because mine was like 4-5 years old and this was brand new it would have to be better... but its just not. If youre paying more money for this version specifically for the lighting on the bottom, dont. Itll let you down.

I was very excited to join the gaming community in purchasing this color backlit keyboard. However, what Razer does not really advertise is that these keyboards are primarily designed for Windows 10/7, NOT Mac OS. Unfortunately, even though the keys work and the lights cycle on the stop setting, I am completely unable to customize the keyboard in any way as the Synapse software required to customize the keyboard does not support OS 10.15. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND ALL RAZER PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE AN APPLE USER. I have done extensive research in the coding and design communities and have found plenty of reports that Razer is essentially not supporting Mac use anymore, and will not be patching or resolving this issue.

The keyboard had bright backlit keys and good quality, but its not mechanical switches. overall good keyboard!

Keyboard came in new and clean. No problems with keys, the RGB looks really cool, tons of customization of your keyboard rgb. I highly recommend if your looking for something under $100.

Love this keyboard. the razor software(Chroma) is very handy. Its slowly become compatible with other RBG products, but it does have some issues. IE I was able to get my asus mother/cpu cooler to work with chorma, but its still needs some work.

Ive been wanting this keyboard for about a year now and i finally bought and Im not regretting a thing. When I bought it the description said it had cosmetic damage and some accessories are broken. The keyboard came looking brand new with zero damage or scratches. came looking fresh from razer. The under glow isnt that bright so be warned but it is a neat feature if you have a dark room where you can see it. keys are nice and stable and typing is great. great for silent typing if you have a gf or wife sleeping in the same room as you.
