> 24 hourI have had this keyboard for 2 months now. About a week ago it started typing multiple letters at once, this is the most annoying thing in the world. I have never had something more annoying, whenever I try typing e becomes er and 4 becomes 34. Razer please respond and tell me how to fix it, otherwise this keyboard is useless. I have had to fix this paragraph a lot of times now, this is horrible.

> 24 hourI gave it to my Son for Christmas along with the Razer Mamba Elite Wired Gaming Mouse: 16,000 DPI Optical Sensor - Chroma RGB Lighting - 9 Programmable Buttons - Mechanical Switches. They work together perfectly. I have never seen equipment like this so cool. My Son is a huge gamer and builds his own gaming computers and I thought this would be a great addition. He loves it!

> 24 hourI was very excited to join the gaming community in purchasing this color backlit keyboard. However, what Razer does not really advertise is that these keyboards are primarily designed for Windows 10/7, NOT Mac OS. Unfortunately, even though the keys work and the lights cycle on the stop setting, I am completely unable to customize the keyboard in any way as the Synapse software required to customize the keyboard does not support OS 10.15. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND ALL RAZER PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE AN APPLE USER. I have done extensive research in the coding and design communities and have found plenty of reports that Razer is essentially not supporting Mac use anymore, and will not be patching or resolving this issue.

> 24 hourAll in all, if youre tired of cheaper light up mice/keyboards, Razer is the way to go. They can be pricey, but Ive really liked my Cynosa Pro and DeathAdder. Only negatives are, for me, the keyboard isnt mechanical. Some sort of membrane. Not a huge deal breaker, they work fine. Not very clicky as some may prefer. Other negative would be, if youre a messy person, you do not want to spill anything on these. The keys are not made to be removed willy nilly, so you will be screwed if you spill anything sticky on it. Crumbs may be less an issue if you use air duster to blow them out, but Ive personally been very careful. I dont use these for general use typically, though I am writing the review on the Cynosa Pro as I type. I mainly use them while gaming. I have another wired kb/m I use for everything else and keep these in their packaging to preserve them. Anyway, hope my review helped someone.
