My issues are somewhat minor. The LED lighting is not exactly uniform near the edges and the surface of the mouse pad is definitely not flat, it has raised bumps in some areas. However, at first glance, it is barely perceptible. You really need to put a close eye to it to see my issues.

Very easy to use and install. Program is very cool, love the colors and also easy to clean.

The Razer Firefly V2 is a fantastic mousepad. The hard top is great for wrist aimers like myself. The main issue I had with this product is that after only 6 months of having the product the adhesive came loose on the mousepad. I have never spilled any water on it and have only ever cleaned it with slightly damp rags. Apparently the adhesive coming undone on the ENTIRE mousepad isnt covered under the Razer Limited Warrant so I could not RMA. Not sure if I got a fluke or not but beware. I had the razer firefly v1 and loved it. Sadly disappointed in this one.

For a mouse pad, its good, outside its color function with The Hub program synapse, its just an expensive mouse pad. Had no issues with this product but Im sure if it had a secondary function I would have had problems with it. It did exactly as advertised, lights up, good with a mouse.

This Mouse Pad is completely useless with Laser Mice, like the Naga Epic. It wont function at all. Pretty stupid since the Naga is one of their top tier and most popular Mice.

Best bang for your buck it’s perfect for gaming the only con is that it sometimes slides around after a while

Synapse 3 is not supported on macOS at all. With synapse 2 which does run on macOS the mouse pad is not detected and therefore you can’t control the led function at all.
