Greater than one weekMy teen son is an avid gamer and loves Razer hardware. This is no exception and meets his expectations for the brand.

> 3 dayThis is just a standard size plastic mat with RGB. The Razer Sphex V2 offers the same size and feel for half the price... but it doesnt have cool lights! This mat also has a hook for the mouse cable which acts similar to a mouse bungee so thats a nice added bonus.

> 3 dayColor accuracy is terrible, does not match any other razer products. Cant produce light colors, cant produce white, tan, orange, yellows correctly. Overpriced piece of plastic.

> 3 dayPad stopped working after six months. My computer warned me that it was suddenly drawing excessive power and then shut itself off to prevent damage. I contacted Razers customer service, only to be asked to go through a series of troubleshooting steps that I had already done before I contacted them. They also wanted me to record a video of me going through the troubleshooting process. Sorry, I cant figure out how to hold my phone in one hand while plugging and unplugging the pad in several USB ports while also messing around with various settings in their Synapse software. Then Im supposed to upload the video to my personal Google Drive account and send them the link. Im going to throw this pad in the garbage where it belongs and consider it a $40 lesson for never buying another Razer product again. A decent company would just have me send the pad back and exchange it, but Razer is clearly not decent. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Consider this a warning not to buy Razer because if theres a defect, youll go through h*ll just to prove to them that you indeed have a problem. Razer should learn to trust their customers, but I guess this says more about them than it does about us.

> 3 dayI like this mousepad a lot, it functions well with my mouse and the lights are just as customizable as any product. However I am very disappointed in myself for spending 50$+ on something I could have probably gotten for 20$. Sure the 20$ ones lights may not be in sequence with my keyboard and mouse but it just seems to me like this mousepad is really not worth it unless you really have money to blow or you have nothing better to look at besides your blinking RGB setup

> 3 dayThis mousepad does not work with the Razer mamba. The mouse stutters constantly. Occasionally it just stops my mouse from moving at all.

Greater than one weekYou have to use Razer software to customize the lights on the mousepad, but it works well and provides a nice difference from ordinary office mousepads. It does require a cord for power, but other than that it is just as efficient as any other pad, but much slimmer. It is a pretty awesome gaming accessory and I can see it being an awesome gift, but other than lights, it does not do much more than other mousepads. It does create a bit of ambiance when it is couples with the Razer lit up keyboard. I would recommend it based on quality and design, but value seems a little high.
