> 24 hourThis is a hard surface mat. In case you dont know that means that accuracy is not going to be as good as a soft mat. The swiping and gliding is superb but if you are mostly a FPS player I would stick with soft mats. I used this for awhile and it is very hard to keep your reticule on an exact spot. Otherwise great build quality and great RGB customization (Razer is king of RGB)

> 24 hourProduct was discolored via what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Although purchased new, the box had clear indications of having been torn open and sloppily taped up. Also, there was a giant oily grease stain on the box—which was just disgusting. Not a good experience.

> 24 hourI purchased this exactly four months ago for my design workstation and, due to the pandemic, its been used very sparingly. Its a great size and I really like the low profile. The lights are fun; but, unfortunately, not able to be customized on a Mac. I was aware of this issue at purchase; although frankly, this is a software compatibility problem thats existed across the product line for some time and should have been long ago been rectified by Razor. For that, Im deducting a star in the hope that theyll eventually get the memo.

> 24 hourThe RAZER FIREFLY V-2 Is a damn fine mouse pad. It is not hard like aluminimum, it is made from a thin plastic. The rubber type backing keeps the pad where you put it. The additional holder for wired mice does a great job keeping the wire from the surface. The added RAZER RGB is cool as hell. I have the boarder Neon Green, but when I click the mouse a second boarder light comes on bright Red. I got tired of frabric pads a long time ago. I have had many hard, metal pads. The FIREFLY from RAZER is the best by far. OH...almost forgot, it is larger than a standand pad as well. I love the extra space when I am gaming. It is very sad that I can not recommend this mouse pad or any Razer product. Recently I had an issue with the left click swithch on my Razer Mamba mouse. After over a dozen emails back and fourth Razer said my warranty had expired a week ago. End of issue. I was a RAZER FAN-BOY, headphones, mouse pad, mouse, keyboard. Now I will not purchase a RAZER product period. RAZER could have said to me that they are sorry I have an issue and offered some kind of discount, or even a repair that I would have paid for. No, it was clear to me that good customer service takes a backdoor to profit at RAZOR.

> 24 hourI work from home (hopefully permanently) as a result of the pandemic and I love my mechanical keyboards so I first purchased a razer blackwidow elite keyboard so I could have fancy lights and everyone in the house can hear me press a button...lol. Im no PC gamer but I do enjoy premium RBG hardware so in my quest for more RGBness I picked up this mousepad. easy plug and play and with a little tweeting in Razer Synapse the lights on the mousepad glow a steady green and ripple like my keyboard when I press a button. Next purchase is a razer RGB mouse for even fancier light effects while im working for the man. if you already have Razer products with the Synapse software installed you will need to restart your computer after plugging this into your system for it to recognize it. Synapse will then likely install an update and you will need to restart once more and bingo, itle show in synapse so you can customize the RGB zones on the mousepad. if you dont have synapse you will need to install it via the instructions with the mousepad and still probably restart a couple times. Synapse is bad about needing restarts after initial install and after every single little update. Oh and of course like everything else for some reason Razer requires you create an account so they can have all your personal info for seemingly no good reason....
