Will NOT stay flat!

Right out of the box this thing was proving it was a waste of money. Several generic brands have better quality with more features for less then half the price. The only benefit is that it has chroma integration, which just allows you to select one color. One color not zones or wave or effects like that. I bought this for my huntsman elite. Not happy. Chroma software is also a mess with three incompatible versions meaning that your mouse keyboard and mouse pad might require 3 different software running at once. To add insult to injury there is a crypto miner built into the software that optionally allows you to mine for razer... thats right you use your computer and electricity to mine coin for razer for made up points. Massive fail.

Read some comments about the bend but didnt get that so Im happy

I guess I got lucky when Ive seen others get mats that do not lay flat. Mine lays perfectly flat, albeit a tiny little section or two but thats fine with me.

Never knew how much I was lacking with a tiny mouse pad till I had this

Stupid design. Received and it was rolled up in a box. I unrolled it and plugged it in, put my keyboard and mouse on the pad and noticed there was a waviness to the bottom of the pad. I tried stretching it and moving it to make it straight but it only made it worse. I then went to the forums to see what I could do, I had to register my product to start up a warranty ticket so I looked for my product code and thats when I saw the extremely tiny print that said Do not fold, compress or overstretch the mouse pad as doing so may damage/deform the product and void the warranty. There should have been a piece of paper rolled into the pad that was the first thing I saw after I unrolled it.... I havent tried to get it replaced and its still wavy.

Best Mouse Pad Ive ever used, colors are beautiful. Just wish they were individual LEDs rather than one giant strip

There must have been a bad batch going around amazon in the 2018-2019 timeframe because all the bad ones are from that time, I bought this in January of 2022 and it is perfectly fine, no warping or anything and nothing broken or coming apart. I got it for 39.99, not a bad price considering its razer lol. I attached a pic and a video to show. :)

Mousepad came rolled up but laid flat after 30 minutes or so of unrolling. Works really well and feels great under my mouse. The lighting is a little dim in some spots, but that is expected with fiber optic. Definitely recommend!
