Originally received a non razer mouse pad in the razer box.... was very wierd since I bought new but return & replaced quickly just bothered that I buy things NEW that obviously someone has previously purchased exchanged item & returned I guess would explain a few other items but usually returns or exchanges are OK bit its star6to get harder to return w/o paying s & h or have to drop off & still pay or pick up UPS somehow doesnt see the giant box on your porch labeled w/ all info & says they missed you when you spend all day waiting & expecting them frustrating w/ shippers at the moment but the mat is 10/10 love actual razer products packaging amazing & quality & chroma/rgb our game room is lit!

This is a really cool mouse pad. Very smooth and accurate. A great way to really get your set up glowing. The colors are brilliant. The software is a little difficult sometimes, as with other Razer products. All around, I am happy with my purchase!

Works well. No problems so far. Used on a glass surface. Only complaint - I wish this wouldnt slide so easily. Still 5 star worthy to me.

The stitching around the edges is not cloth thread it is plastic thread and it is fairly abrasive on your skin. Otherwise no complaints.

This is the perfect pad/mat to complete your Mercury White Razer setup. I have gotten various things on it over the past couple weeks of use and they come off fairly easily. I wish it flashed rainbow lights like my other Razor products though. You only ever see one color at a time.

Bought this without reading the reviews and I was a little worried about it not laying flat after seeing the complaints, but mine lasted flat right out of the box and I waited about a week before making this review just Incase it would start to wrinkle but it still lays flat. I only have one issue with the mousepad and that’s the stitching is kind of a bother on the wrist when I’m using the mouse/keyboard but it’s not unbearable so I don’t mind it.

I have the original size Goliath Chroma as well. My keyboard backing pieces kept falling down because the mat wasn’t big enough. Bought this one as an upgrade and it’s perfect. I almost bought the 3X and I’m glad I didn’t! Another great piece from Razer for my set up!

great mousepad. Easy to setup and I love how it syncs with other razer products. Has amazing lighting. Love it. Will 100% make your gaming setup look better!
