im going to say this scooter is for small kids small Ill tell you why. im not that big of a person, i am about 110lb and in less that a week this scooter start so shake in some places and the wheel is making some weird noise, and this happen because i try to do some small hops on this scooter. take this from me it was made for light scooting and nothing else. It has been about a month and im still having the noise from the wheels.but nothing a new set of bearing cant fix, but just to keep a set of allen key around the house, its great to have when thing get a little slack. everything else is ok by my standards

Some weeds in Utah have thorns on them which cause bicycle to get flat tires often. The material of the scooter tires is solid so the tires cant go flat. This is a great benefit for little kids who are riding in the grass a lot where the thorns cant be seen. The way that Razor used to keep the handle bars in the right position was to use a clamp around the steering post. I was often realigning the handlebars for many kids on my block. Razor could have done a much better job of designing this feature. Other than that, the scooter was quite good.

The Razor A2 Kick Scooter is an outstanding scooter for the price. I now own two (2) of these scooters which are utilized by both of our girls (8 years old & 5 years old). Both of our girls love these scooters. Our girls are not aggressive our abusive riders in any way so these particular scooters are a perfect fit for their style of use. I have tried these scooters also (170 lbs) and as long as the pavement or asphalt is smooth the ride is very nice. The scooter is very sturdy and can handle my weight and aggressive riding. I would not buy this type of scooter if you plan to ride aggressively in any way. Get a more expensive model that can handle abuse. Before I purchased these Razor A2 Kick Scooters, I purchased one from another company that was cheaper. WARNING: If you find any scooters that are cheaper than the Razor A2 Kick Scooter, I can almost guarantee that there are no welded parts on the scooter and that this cheaper scooter will not last. The one I purchased did NOT have welded handle bars. The T-section for the handle bar was bolted together instead of welded and after using this scooter, the bolt connections got looser and the handle bars began to move significantly. I did not want to see anyone get hurt when the handle bar finally broke so I decided to get rid of this scooter before it happened.

This came and was easy to put together. It was for my granddaughter’s birthday, and she loved it. She rides the scooter everywhere. It folds easily so you can throw it in the back of the car and take it anywhere.

The seller gave it to me on time and there was no problems what so ever with shipping The scooter was exactly how it appeared in the picture shown there was no assembly at all required the only things that were a problem is that the bar that connects from the handle to the front wheel gets loose and has to be tighten or else the wheel will fall out of line and the steering will be useless until it lined back up and then tightened back int o place with a L wrench(the same one you might use for a bike) The second thing is that there is a small metal against ground noise that started to happen to me and a friend with the same model. i don think its a major problem since i am 123lbs and i doubt its because im to heavy for the scooter so i just ignore it and its still runs fine

Im a university student that has classes scattered all over campus. This scooter helps me get there with time to spare. Its killer going uphill, but downhill is a breeze. Just be careful not to get going too fast because the brakes arent too powerful and you might take a spill. Just use common sense and you should be fine. Its great that it folds up, it wont fit in my bag but its pretty easy to carry when its folded.

I wish the handle had a medium position as well as a way to make it taller. My daughter needs the handle to be just a bit higher than the lowest setting. Unfortunately its either all the way down or all the way up! sadly all the way up is still a bit short for me (I guess other grown ups over 5 feet 7 tall dont use these???)

Maybe I bought the wrong model, but when I was kid these things were solid aluminum, not plastic except the foam handles. Now the swing arm joint is plastic, seems pretty sketch. Oh well, my kids dont care.

Good sturdy unit, the kids love them (we bought 3). Given that the body is stainless, you would think the fasteners would be stainless as well but they are not. Screws, rivets, etc. all rusting up after a few months. That is the only negative and Id gladly give 5 stars if Razor had spent a few extra pennies to use stainless fasteners as well. Should hold up for a year or two, which is all I would expect at this price.
