Ya know when someone makes you feel dumb because you didnt ask the right question when really they just were happy to exploit a loophole?

I absolutely LOVE this suitcase. I’ve had another KCR suitcase with fabric, not hard shell, so I bought this because I loved the look. **THE ZIPPERS HAVE NEVER BROKEN in 2+ years on any of my KCR bags. I also have a laptop bag that has been use a lot. I’ll always buy this brand if I’m able to.

I loved the look and functionality until on its second adventure’s baggage claim the wheel was hanging on for dear life. Upon arrival home, the wheel was completely missing…

I LOVE this set but the carrying handle broke off the suitcase within 6 months. I travel for work and always carry on this suitcase so it hasn’t been roughly handled. So disappointed.

I like the material and the design.

I was so pleased with the look and size of this bag. Love the pockets and interior! The problem is, the wheel broke the first time I used it. Called customer service for Kenneth Cole and they sent a replacement. First trip to the airport with the new bag, the wheel broke again! I would not buy another piece of luggage from this manufacturer!

It looks so nice and sleek, but the handle feels like it could fall out at any minute when it’s extended. Could have just been a defected one that I got?

I love this luggage but worry that the extra-large size of it will be difficult to keep it under the weight limit. The organization inside is great but it could easily get very heavy since it has such a large capacity. The outside has already gotten scratched from my last trip but the wheels and handle work really well and make moving this big bag very easy.

Shocked they this bag was not durable at all. First time use the wheel completely came off!
